"Work together and scale new heights" — A record of the team-building activities at Runmiao Farm in summer 2025

Warm up and break the ice, bringing hearts closer

At 10 a.m., we arrived at the team building base. After a short break, we started the team building activities under the guidance of the coach.

From "Warm-up and Ice Breaking" to "Dry Land Dragon Ball", "Inspiring People", "Challenging the Iron Chain Bridge"... every project stimulates everyone's enthusiasm and tests each other's tacit understanding and cooperation. Sweat shines on the forehead, laughter echoes in the forest, everyone quickly breaks down barriers in a relaxed and happy atmosphere, and the team spirit quietly heats up.

Firewood picnic, friendship flows in the smoke

At noon, the most down-to-earth "wood-fired picnic" began. Washing vegetables, cutting vegetables, lighting fires, cooking, every employee contributed to the team. The symphony of pots and pans, the smoke and fire, is the tacit understanding of colleagues' cooperation, and the happiness of a family sharing the fruits of labor. Tables of delicious dishes with fragrant aroma not only fill the stomach, but also warm the heart.

Leisure time, harvest nature and comfort

After lunch, free time began, and everyone went fishing, picking lychees, playing billiards, playing mahjong, singing karaoke, etc. The greenery and natural atmosphere of the farm slowed down the busy work pace and allowed the body and mind to relax for a moment.

At 4 pm, the most challenging part of this team building began.

In the "Soldiers on the Battlefield" game, the team was divided into several groups, and each group member played the role of commander, company commander and blindfolded soldier. In the battlefield full of "mines and bombs", everyone worked closely and worked together to advance the mission goals step by step. The scene was tense and joyful, and strategy, trust and execution were perfectly reflected.

The finale project, the "graduation wall", was even more moving. Without any tools, all employees worked together to climb over a 4.2-meter-high smooth wall within 30 minutes.

More than a dozen fearless employees took the initiative to build a "human ladder" and endured being trampled again and again without complaint, just to  help more partners reach the top smoothly. Their shoulders were trampled red and their legs were swollen, but in their eyes, there was only determination and responsibility. At that moment, we were not individuals, but a team connected by blood and sharing the same destiny!

Summary and gratitude, keep going, the future is promising

Later, we held hands and formed a group to review every cooperation and breakthrough in the event. Every wonderful moment was frozen into an 

unforgettable memory. With the aroma of dinner, everyone once again felt the power of "unity" and the weight of "trust".

On the way back at 18:00, although we were tired, we were more satisfied and moved. This trip to Runmiao Farm was not only a team building, 

but also a spiritual baptism and a journey of cohesion

We believe that as long as we work together in unity and move forward in the same direction, there is no wall that cannot be climbed and   no goal that cannot be achieved.

In the future, may we continue to work shoulder to shoulder, rush to higher peaks, and welcome greater glory!
